    Hello u have a new cnc 600x900 router and I no how to turn it on all that stuff I don't no how to use vcave I'm wanting to cut upto 20" letters any font can anyone help of maybe do me a few to get me started thanks

    It looks like there is a dialogue box in vcarve where you enter "Text height"; http://www.instructables.com/id/Crea...th-VCarve-PRO/
    The best way with new stuff is to read the manual first.

    Hi I have managed and learned i need help and I don't no what I'm doing wrong I am useing vetric to cut out letters and numbers I put it in to computer to do 6" high when it cuts its only doing about 5" some times smaller has anyone got any tips or help I'm useing 18mm mdf and doing 6 or 7 passes as recommended by cnc people thanks my number is 07900614166 I'm from halifax

    Have you calibrated the machine so that 6" in the software = 6" movement of the machine ?
