can any advise on where to purchase drive sprockets and idler sprockets (2 x drive m10, 2 x idler m10, 1 x drive m8) to convert to m10 threaded twin drive (im getting twist on a centered single drive) this is a prototype im working on so im not going to be putting anything other than threaded rod for the drives

Thanks for posting the links Eddy as I was looking for them, what's the smallest number of teeth to use on the pulleys to be safe ? I've read some where with a small number of teeth there's more chance for the belt to jump the teeth and cause problems with racking.
    Mike :)

6 teeth in mesh is minimum for all pulleys. Means all specs on the sheets are for that particular case.

The best belt calculator i have found
    project 1 , 2, Dust Shoe ...
