    Well in case anyone else has this question, an appeal on another forum was more helpful. The programming procedure is described on pages 57 to 59 of the manual. The maximum frequency tFr and the high speed setting HSP need to be set to your desired maximum speed in Hz. Turned out to be easy peasy.

    Small correction - it's uFR for max frequency, not tFR. Logical I guess.
