    Hi
    I new member and familiar coreldraw, what the best suggestion and easy to use for gcode Mach3
    I do acrylic cutting, grooves etc by hand and lathe now, next plan to use cnc please advise

    I have tried to use rhino but very hard to define the thickness.

    Unless you want to do 3D work then thickness is not an issue, a 2D CAD would be okay. CamBam; http://www.cambam.info/screenshots/ includes some good 2D CAD functions as well as being a good CAM software.

    You could try Sketchup; http://www.sketchup.com/ but Rhino is the one I use.
