Took a punt on a CNC router for a couple of hundred quid as a project and I'm noww ondering what I've let myself in for.. I cant find anyone that can identify it as yet, even the folk who ran it at the school (Cleeve School) couldn't help, although they did know it runs on 2D Design V1 (which is no longer available..)
The only clues areon a label at the back: Router 250 serial number: J672/1097
I've attachesd a few picture of it,any help would be hugely appreciated!!

quite a common conect router, they work reasonably well and take a mach3 conversion relatively easily.

Give Stoneycnc.co.uk a look, they do refits on machines like this, other than that lots of reading here on the forum for the various aspects involved, if your reasonably "tooled up" doing it inhouse could be an option for you.
