Hi burnsibub, I would not say we are exactly independent, but we are very familiar with a fairly wide range of laser machines. We get called in to people and companies who have the misfortune to have bought a laser from a range of sellers who's support is generally lacking.
What is your problem? Maybe I can help, but I am very busy so my time is limited, so forgive me if I am slow to respond to messages.
