    anyone have something similar for 12mm ballscrews?

    No but I do have some 12mm ballsrews that I could measure for you...

    Not tonight though as after too many pints the tolerances get wider...

    Marchant dice have some dimensions at http://www.worldofcnc.com/images/Machining.pdf
    although it appears that things have moved on the thread front in that the one I got from them had an m8 x 0.75 thread.
    A finer than the m8x1.0 on the list which meant more expense buying a tap and die which I had to buy as the other ball screws did not have the ends machined.
