    Hi has anyone tried these replaceable blade V groove cutters http://www.wealdentool.com/acatalog/...amfer_898.html I do a lot of V groove cutting mainly wording on signs and Vcarving. I am hoping these cutters may be better and longer lasting than the ones I have been using.

    Looks like that's a no then :-) will have to order one and find out for myself. Will report back when I have tried it.

    Wealdon don't sell crap so they will be good I'm sure of that.

    Also they are indexed tips so can use tips from different manufacturers with different cutting angles etc which can make a difference.

    Just arrived in the post so will try them out tomorrow, time permitting.
