Hi all,
due to imminent arrival of new products, I am trying to clear out some space. The bits advertised here have been accumulated/hoarded since 2010 when I started spending money on CNC. All were specifically bought for a hobby project that is very unlikely to now materialise. (Sale is therefore of personal effects and nothing to do with my business.) I am sure that anybody could make a very good machine out of the parts. I would do so myself but right now time is very very tight.
Postage on all items will be extra as they are very heavy and some are long. I would prefer pick up and payment in cash if possible.
First off Brand new, unused but soiled due to storage Minitec aluminium extrusions with more connecting hardware than you will ever need. The 8 square sections are 45x45mm and all 1m long. The 2 flats are 18x270. The 2 shorter flats are 0.5m long. Also 9 bits of 90x90mm section
£10 per meterlength of the 45x45mm section
£50 per meterlength of the 19x270 flat plates
£30 for the pair of the 500mm long 19x270 flats
£10 for the pair of the 90x90
One of the shorter flat bits was used as a fixture plate many moons ago but is still true and flat.
The 2 off 90x90mm offcuts have been used a bit and one of them was hacked off by hand, before I bought a bandsaw. Should have at least 450mm of usable length on the short one and 500 on the other.
The whole pile plus 2 lengths of some other profile that I have no clue where it came from:
PM me for details and to ask any questions
Thanks for having a look

I am only allowed to post 18 pictures per reply so here is the remainder of the listing:
Next we have the ballscrews various lengths withthe longest one being in excess of 900mm, maybe 1m long. All have been machinedby a friend on a hobby lather but I would not trust them, thinking back to howthey we done.
Oneskinny one was bought from machined from Misumi 12mm diameter has not been usedas it was too loose for my liking.
The restwere from Zapp automation 1605s, I also added oversized balls to some of theballnuts so they are pretty tight. Packet of various oversized balls will gowith them if the buyer wants it.
I will need to make better measurements for these as I am not sure what is what. Either way, I am happy to let them all go for £80 plus postage.
This is where my heart starts to bleed... my collection of linear rails...

700mm long rails £35
500mm long rails £28 each

£55 eachfor the 820mm long rails

Sorry all, the Hiwin rails that are left were incorrectly advertised. They are in fact 600mm long and 500mm long.
The 820mm long NSK rails and 8 carriages are now sold pending payment.
