I have been having a totally random problem with all axis stalling on change of direction however by jogging a different axis it begins to operate again, everything has been double checked and seems ok. but I have just read opto isolated Bob and Drivers can cause this problem when used together, has anyone else come accross this problem? New Bob on way hopefully to solve the problem.

It's an open loop system with no feedback from drivers to BOB why would Opto-Isolation cause all axes to stall?
You think that's too expensive? You're not a Model Engineer are you? :D

No idea how this works but as Tweakie has since come up with same conclusion on Mach3 support forum totally independent from my findings, it would appear to be the case it happens and is known.
    My post
"having occasional problems, axis will refuse to operate in one direction, jogging a different axis then frees the original axis to move as required"
    Tweakies response
"issues such as this can occur when using an opto-isolated BoB feeding into an opto-isolated driver"
