I build one of those about a year now,it is cheap and easy to build. I use it with my cnc, band saw, router table and some times I remove the dust from the workshop floor. Works grate.

    Thanks :)

Tbh, I don;t have time to make anything. I have seen add on cyclone units though. Would that be an idea to put inbetween my henry and the CNC?

If you have the materials it is barely one hour work.
Yes you put the cyclone in from of the Henry and you place a plastic tube, like the one your vacuum cleaner has, on the cyclone.
Then connect this hose to your dust shoe...
Suction do the rest, the really good thing is that all the dust goes in the cyclone and the cleaner's bag stays always clean.
I have a small workshop and build guitars as a hobby and also do much woodworking, I empty the bucket once every three months.

You've probably spent more time thinking about a cyclone than it takes to build one lol.
http://www.mycncuk.com/threads/10880...60cm-work-area My first CNC build WIP 120cm*80cm

If you didn't buy it from China the company you bought it from did ;)

    Cheers guys.

I am going to get one of these. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DUST-COMMA...-/121320651132

I watched a few Youtube vids and it seems the homemade ones, made from a tub don't work as well when they start to fill up.

Just hope the Henry is powerful enough to suck up all the MDF dust, otherwise will have to replace that with somerthing a bit more powerful.
