Good Afternoon to all and greetings from Quebec, Canada,

I am very, very new to CNC machines. I bought my Banggood 3018 CNC last in August 2019 and I am still trying to carve something.

I also bought, in 2017, an EleksMaker® EleksLaser-A3 Pro 2500mW Laser Engraving Machine CNC Laser Printer and I have done many projects using “T2 Laser software”.

All this being said and new to any forum, what would be the best area to ask my technical questions regarding my 3018CNC with which I am having issues?

You probably want to check out the Chinese Machines and the main Machine Discussion subforums. I'm assuming Lee is going to move your thread to a more relevant board if needs be
