    Hi from Nottinghamshire

I am a complete newbie to CNC.
I have been using a wood lathe for a couple of years
but after turning spindles, bowls and boxs in that time
the satifaction dried up. Dont get me wrong I still
love turning but want to do more. In looking for information
on adding a router to my lathe I came across Router CNC machines,
and a lust to build one was born!
I have been a graphic designer using Coral DRaw since version three
and Photoshop. I have used Coral to design plans for my lathe
projects. I have made several wood clocks for freinds using
the router and lathe. With a router CNC machine I can add
much finer details to my projects.

My main problem now is finding suppliers in my area.
I prefer to but tools and equipement face to face rather than
over the internet. When searching the only ones that come up are
companeis offering to manufacture stuff using CNC!

I hope to make freinds using the forum as I learn all about
    Hobby router CNC machines.

    Thanks Waylander2
