Hi everyone,

I've just been bitten by the CNC bug....
I'm looking to build a router/milling rig
as for the use? well the sky really is the limit.
I've always fancied an SG175b guitar rare as rocking horse poo
here are a few images of the pearl inlay


Talking of rocking horses thats another project i'd love to undertake.
So back to the rig... I guess 2m long and about 1.5m wide should suffice.
I have an engineering background and i'm no stranger to computers.
I would appreciate some direction as where to find suitable doners
for the consruction like particular printers or copiers etc for motors and such. or other bits like power supplies, lead screws.
I have to point out that i'm a noob when it comes to CNC.
