New to CNC

Hello All

I am new to CNC but I would like to learn. I have a little experience of mills and lathes but only manual ones through college and university and its a long time ago.
I have just collected a boxford benchtop lathe and mill but they need converting.
I want to make parts for the motorbikes that I modify and would love some help.
