Lenze i500 Inverter

Lenze's new VFD (http://www.actechdrives.com/PDF/Lenze/Lenze-iSeries-Drives.pdf) at our paper plant trips on earth fault immediately on receiving a start command. It happens even when no motor and leads are connected. What could be the reason for tripping? Would adding a ground fault sensor help?

The drive probably has Internal EMC filter which will need disconnecting. Probably Screw on the side but the manual should tell you.

there are 2 options not to open it.
1 use higher protection current 500mA
2 connect before protection device if possible
