Cool ! kmh..

What occurred was trying max-speed on steppers, == 5 years ago.
No-load, just stepper.
Nema 23, 3 Nm, 68 V PSU I made.
BUT a centipede very good hw controller.
Gecko 203V drives.

Geckos fail at around 380 kHz, as I found out.. error out.
38 khz full steps.
190 revs/second.
11.400 rpm.
Takes about 3 secs to get to full speed..
and sounds *exactly* like a jet engine spooling up.

I was a Mig 21Bis assistant mechanic in the Finnish Air Force, for a year.

So it was really funny, really cool, and I did not try higher.
The torque was so low, a finger (yes i pressed the shaft) stopped the movement.

I recall Marisss / gecko blew up a stepper at high rpm.
The stepper rising turbine-type noise was really funny/impressive, if useless.
