View Full Version : NEW MEMBER: From grinder to 3D printing to CNC

Hello guys,
My story:
I'm an enthusiastic of homemade builds since I crashed my first battery car to remove the motor to create a fan propeler to my lego construction @6year old.
I had spend lots of time racing Motocross in Portugal, and I always made my bike maintenance, during my racing time I also studied Material engineering, that I finished the master degree in 2013.

I enjoy to do some CAD modeling, Aluminium casting, 3D printing, and now I'm starting on the CNC world.

The last project that I made was a CNC router, you can see the video here:

I was using CNCzone, but it was very confusing...
I want to continue the building and using of this CNC, do you have any suggestion in which forum should I start the thread?

Sounds like you have similar interests to the guys here. You can start a build thread in the Machines> DIY router builds. See the tabs at the top of the main page
