How much weight it can capable to hold?
In what sense?

I am too looking for a moving gantry, and od you offer your design to see?
In this machine, only the transverse beam, without the portal racks as such.
At the beginning of the third movie, a sketch is shown.

I did not quite understand the question about the maximum weight.
The sketch is shown at the beginning of the third clip.

Hi Thanks for your reply, I mean How much the weight can handle the base?
Suppose If I want to keep 200 kgs plate to mill, can it will handle? Hope you got my question.
I was thinking to build the base of 5 or 6 mm thickness of square poles.
Ive had some more questions.
1. Do you mean the cutting area would be in 300mm * 400mm?
2. In the video their is no details how you fixed the moving aluminium plate that is on rails.

It looks easy to build the machine, but I will take your help.
I don't know what is your size of Table but my Table was 32*71 Inches table. Ive had some more question but please answer above.

Liquid caustic soda - pipe cleaner.

Ah, thank you. I thought it was something to stop the aluminium galling on the bit (like a lubricant), but I guess you just used it to clean the aluminium that was welded to the bit.

Yes, I just cleaned it.
It stopped to stick, because it reduced the depth at a time.

Does this is on steel, also what type of rails you used?
