Hello everyone,
The finalised file will be provided in you preferred file format, but I'd rather not post the file publicly. Here is a general description of the part:
The part has a pipe-like shape with an OD of around 60mm, an ID of 30mm, and is 20mm long. The part isn't flat, it has various steps, champers, fillets, etc, for aesthetics.
Material to be used is 6061 aluminium.
Precision required is 0.0002". This part does have a ball bearing post which must be a very snug press fit. I might be willing to consider looser tolerances if the price is right. Thread tapping may be required.
Number of parts required is 2-4 pieces.
