Thinking of getting one of these for a spindle project:

Want to interface it into mach3 in speed/torque control mode for on/off & speed 0-10v. Also for e-stop to trigger mach if motor jams/stops if poss.
Anyone used one before?
I can only find Chinese wiring instructions around and wouldn't have a clue which pins to use on the DB25 interface. Or if it can work with mach. Anyone here in the know?
There is already a relay and 0-10v out on my BOB ready to use. And could tie it into my existing e-stop circuit.

Would rather know before I throw money at it.

Daz.

If you've not got a English copy of the manual yet, PM your email and I can send you a copy.

By the sounds of it, you'll want to run 0-10V Speed control mode.
I'm not sure if a standard fault output will work for if the motor stalls, so you may have to try something like an At Speed output option.

Other option would be to run the motor using step/dir, then use an On/At Position output option.

ive got a few of these on my mill, all connected to mach3; been very impressed.
