I bought this a while back to make a heavy duty cnc mill but due to lack of time I am unable to do the conversion. For someone who has the knowhow this is an ideal base to make their own heavy duty cnc mill, the frame is complete and all it needs is stepper motors, limit switches and a motion controller/bob (comes with 1 stepper motor attached, not sure if it works or not) . Please note these are not cheap linear stages, these are industrial linear stages with approx 25mm ball screws, as well as linear rails. and the frame is very rigid so is ideal for metal cutting. It weighs around 60-70 kg so collecion only. can be taken appart into individual axis for easy transport.
