I have a CNC 3018 Pro for two month, and it work will. Could you please upload a video on youtube so that maybe I can help you.

You need to zero xy and z axis after you adjusted the spindle and base.

There are two possibilities, First one is that your stepper motor is broken. Second is that the thread rod was not inserted into the coupler properly. There are two small screws in the sides of coupler, Look at the picture.268872688826889

All of the motors have the same problem? Have you set the step of the motor?1 means 1 cm.26890
