I bought some cheap clone rail and carriages

I've bought a fair chuck of rail and carriages now and just my own personal experience.

Clone rail is fine
Clone carriages range from OK to complete junk
Buy original Hiwin carriages pair it with clone rail works well

I have done that and agree. But all went well when i opened carriages, cleaned them from scrap , lubricated them and problem solved. Work fine

Should I strip the "junk" carriages, try lubricate and reassemble?

I have nothing to lose I guess.

Out of 6 clone rails, 12 carriages I've had 2 junk carriages so far but I paid £63 delivered for 2 * 1.5m 15mm rail with carriages which makes the carriages more than "free".

They screwed up the listing should have been £150 but still honored it I wonder if they picked the worst one to send me lol.

As it happened I had 2 spare carriages and have ordered full set of original Hiwin's to replace them with when they finally come.
