Since my lathe is currently out of action, I'm looking for a batch off 30 parts made to buy me some breathing space.
They're made from 20mm bar, need the outside turned to 19.5mm with a slight taper, an 8mm hole all the way through, and one end bored to a bit over 15mm and 15mm deep. Then parted off at 30mm.
I don't actually have a drawing for this part, as the original g-code was done using Mach 3 wizards from a sketch many years ago, but will get one made.
I can supply the bar, along with an 8mm stub drill, and drill turn tool if needed.
