Hey Joey. Yes I'm Irish. Based in Co Meath.
Have a look here for the THC. https://www.pricecnc.com/product-page
I plan to eventually get one of these when my machine is finished.

Hey Joey, a few of us from the island getting on here now. Machine looks great!
Another option for THC maybe, I hear folk have good luck with Proma Compact THC with Linuxcnc, seems to be a cheap option but requires some HV wiring I believe. I know the Pricecnc one is good for Mach (RTech plasma use it on their tables)
I've never built a plasma table though, that's pretty high on the want list.

I didn't realise Mesa did a THC, that sounds like they way I'd go too. I love linuxcnc. Your table size looks ideal for what I'd be looking to build too (4x2?). Do you have a build thread for this Clive? I'd be very keen to have a look.

My table is 2700mmx1400mm. Yeah its my firsh attempt. Im running mach3 however i have read that linuxcnc and mach4 can control THC using the divided plasma voltage as an input to the board as opposed to running a separate THC unit. This would be a slicker solution i believe? Who has done it that way? What breakout board would best suit this solution? Yeah i love the AE86 haha

How can a guess what you require when I don't know what you are going to build. I have said in #4 what Mesa cards I used.
You have linked to a 7i76e which you can use as well but the 7i96 is cheaper and more suited for plasma but it depends how many inputs and out puts you require.
you will also need a THC-10.
Eusurplus is a good company.
Did you read through the docs I posted
