Hurco BMC-40 Ultimax 3 magazine blokiret

Hi. I have Hurco bmc 40 Ultimax 3 but when i try to calibrate machine its turns around for 3 tool place and message pops up that is magazine blockiret.Does anyone knows what that can be . Thanks
