Connecting a VFD

Could anyone give me an idea how to connect a single to 3 phase VFD to this duel voltage motor please, looks like it has been run on 240V going by the two nuts, I don't want to connect wrong and blow it as its a good 3/4 HP.
Would it be 1 wire to each plate?
