Good morning -
I decided that i really needed to lay out the top for the table and see how much room it really will take up.
30085
So a half sheet of 22mm MR MDF on a mock up frame to get the feel for it.
30086
It does cause me some issues and will have to move some stuff around yet again!!
The top square sheet is a 1000mmx1000mm board that i was going to use for my spoiler board.
I was thinking of making this up like my microjig system, a pattern of dove tailed rebates to create a flexible hold down grid.
I appreciate i can't use the clamps as per the image
30087
So, its a tight fit, but i can squeeze it in -
Time to go and purchase some 4x2 framing timber to make a good solid sturdy frame with plenty of braces.
It will also make me a large lower storage area. I was also thinking of having a large pull out drawer underneath for the electronics and laptop.
Another image of my workshop, Where i eat sawdust Doddy!!
