So. Whilst I can't be bothered doing much. I thought I'd get all my spare DFU ballscrews out and remove some backlash using the foil mod.

Well.
While sitting there playing with my nuts, my balls dropped.

Doh! Have you repacked your balls before? Lots of vids on Pootube.

Wasn't quite as bad as I'd expected although I found the best method was to use a pointy scriber to feed the balls in, turning the ballscrew as you go - rather then try to hold the balls in place with grease then thread the nut onto the ballscrew.
