New User from Italy

Hello guys,
my name is Giampiero and I would like to introduce my self.
I am going to purchase my first CNC router for my garage (I was thinking about stepcraft...but if you have any other suggestion please feel free to let me know).
I have had this in mind for many years and finally I found a garage to share with some other technician
Professionally I work for an Italian CNC router manufacturer calld Protek as a project/sales manager.
I live Italy, but I frequently travel to UK.

Hi Giampiero welcome to the forum.
If you can give some information regarding your requirements, ie table size and intended use no doubt someone will better advise, a certain member on the forum does produce CNC machines that are highly recommended.

a worktable size 1000mm x 500mm
worktable size mdf
1kW electrospindle
vacuub blocking system

sorry i should have been a bit clearer in my last post, to calculate motor loading the weight of the gantry needs to be known, also the drive arrangement ie acme/trapazoidal or ball screws, if you provide this information i am sure Dean will comment regarding suitable motors and power supplies.
