I think that's an impossible question to answer unless you specify which part is made of what material, what precision is needed, how the parts are fixed, and what quantity you want. And how will you provide the spec - just this sketch or full 3D models of all the parts?

It depends on the size and purpose, but for something small or standard, you’re likely looking at around £30–£100. Custom or larger items could go over £200. Best to check with a local fabricator for an exact quote.
