I'm selling my Tormach PCNC1100 along with a number of accessories.
Originally imported direct from Tormach in 2007, the machine is located near Perth in Scotland.
The mill was used for prototyping work and has had very limited usage and is in good working order, but is no longer required and I could do with some extra space.
There is some paint loss on the enclosure panels, but it is solid and leak free.
The mill was updated to Pathpilot controls in 2018 and will be supplied with the following accessories.
-Transformers to allow operation from UK single phase 230V supply.
- Touchscreen display.
- Fitted with Spindle Drive upgrade ~ 2011.
-4th axis and 3 jaw chuck. Still in original packaging, and never used but please note that the stepper motor driver was taken from this axis to replace a failed driver on the main machine, and so it would be necessary to source a new driver to use the 4th axis.
- Easychange tool holding system with ~ 18 tool holders and slitting saw.
- Tormach 5" vice and clamping set.
- End stop.
- LED spindle lighting.
- Haimer 3D Taster probe.
- 90 degree fixture plate.
- Set of parallels.
- Selection of around 30 spare end mills/slot drills from 1mm to 16mm diameter.
- Remaining slide way oil [Ultraglide X5] and coolant [Hysol Excel]
- Jog control [be aware as the keyboard only has 2 USB outlets I only use either the touchscreen or jog control, but not both at the same time although this should be possible]
- Standard flood coolant as supplied with original machine.
Collection only, and please be aware that it's not the most straightforward removal job as a fence has been constructed since installation of the mill and the mill will need moving around 10m over uneven terrain to reach our drive. However I'm sure that a suitable method of moving the mill can be worked out. [and I don't mind removing the fence panels if required]
