Hello everyone,

I'm Phil, I've previously built two CNC DIY Machines before, the 1st was a small 1000mm x 750mm Aluminum profile machine, and the 2nd
a slightly bigger/sturdier 1500mm x 1200mm Aluminium Profile Machine.

I've never had any experience with CNC Machines before 2019 but once I found out it's possible to build these at home I had to give it a go. Loved every minute of the build process, but struggled with the wiring side of things, then found a YouTube video from Router CNC and pretty much copied his wiring, as he was the 1st person I found in the UK who also used an AXBB-E controller which was what I had, he also explains what the different components do, so I nearly understood what I was doing!

Anyway I've now bit the bullet again and decided to build another Machine 100mm x 100mm box section Frame 3000mm x 1650mm, just waiting for some warmer weather so I can crack on from where I left off before Christmas. I'll be using all electrics from my previous build apart from a new ATC Spindle and VFD - Hopefully, this time I might get a bit more automation set up as last time I just had the Spindle as a manual on/off and manual speed control - maybe I could get some help off here with the wiring for this...?

Thanks for reading,

no doubt I'll be posting a lot more in the coming months

Cheers,

Phil

Cheers, Ahmad, another area I'm not very good at is Welding, it's a shame I didn't have your expertise when I started the frame
