Anyone know anything about these ?

Are they worth the money ?. In this case 5K in pounds

Im hoping in the future, I can use the controller I already have (CSLAB CSMIO/IP-M 4-axis Ethernet Motion Controller) and get rid of the Heidenhain TNC 155 controller ??

Feels expensive but having lived in NZ for a year, everything is expensive there ....

So I bought the Storebro Combi-mill cnc and converted it to single phase.

As it is a 1980's machine, the max spindle speed is 2500rpm. Very sturdy little machine weighing around 1.2 tonne. Very capable of milling steel. Has been used by the previous owner for re-boring an engine. So accurate too.

The Heidenhain 155 controller is great, but in Swedish . Thankfully I have a manual in English.

As I am used to a home built cnc router with high speed spindle, this one is a learning curve for me.
