I have 2 BSMCEO4U boards both boards won't work with MACH3. They work with Drufel CNC software fine but I don't have a license for Drufel. I tried everything but I can't connect the board to MACH3. I added the RnR dll and the config XML to the installation folder but still it gives me error "RnR motion card not found". Can anyone help please ? I am using windows 11.

I suggest you ask over on the Mach 3 forum.

My guess is that the driver (DLL) isn't security signed, so won't work with Windows 11.
If you look in Device Manager, does the card show when plugged in, and does it show as having any errors?

Thanks for the reply. I checked device manager multiple times and it's not showing up. When I plug it in however I can hear the new device added sound and no error messages telling me device is unrecognizable. This leads me to believe that it's working fine . If it's due to the DLL not being security signed what do I do then ?

Unfortunately, although I do have a Win11 laptop, I don't use it that much, and I've certainly not yet had any reason to look at how the device manager shows unrecognised devices.

If the driver isn't signed, then you're probably looking at another PC/laptop running an older version of Windows.
I know there was a way to disable the requirement for signed drivers with Win10, however I'm not sure that option exists for Win11, and it was a bit of a pain to implement.

How much older ? Are we talking windows 7 or something even older than that ? Thanks again for the help.

I've just realised you mentioned that the cards do work with Druful, so the drivers must be fine.

The issue is possibly a more generic Mach3 issue, as Win11 may reject certain DLLs if it think that they're suspicious.
Win10 should be old enough, but is there anybody you could borrow a PC/Laptop from to try?

Nothing too exciting :D Just a waste board, But you will be seeing much more of me. I am planning on doing an epoxy granite mill build. The machine I got now is a just a beefed up version of OX CNC so I don't expect much out of it. I am planning on doing some light prototyping on it.
