Hi All,

I've been head-hunted from cnczone.com by Irvin2008, so many of you will have seen just how awful my machining really is :)

I've been fiddling about with a old NuTool MD500-30 drill/mill with the long term aim of converting it to cnc operation.

Welcome to this slightly smaller, but closer to home, nuthouse...

I read the whole of that roller thread on CNCZone and I was amazed at the speed you created those rollers... I wish I had the time just to think the problem through let alone manufacture them...
