Dont worry about it martin just have your own opinions listen to the people you want to listen to,theres plenty of good advice ,and the sarcastic comments from the duck eggs,good luck mate-one cut

Hi dom, when l worked at fokkers in holland(milling) many moons ago the flimsy ally work pieces were held down with sort thing your talking about groove and rubber seal around inner of profile if you wanted l,m sure you could do the same on smaller degree,you sound like you have most of bits to have a try at it-one cut
