Help needed to build my first machine NE Norfolk

I am wanting to build a heavy duty machine to router parts out of 2-1/2 inch plywood, maybe with a 4th rotary axis. I have little knowledge of CNC and need some help from an experinced person. Willing to pay.

How big does the machine need to be, or how big are the parts you're cutting? For instance do you want to cut from a full 8x4' sheet, or is something smaller acceptable?

The sections of ply are 1150 x 150 so a cutting area of 1200 x 800 would be ideal. I haven't the room for anything much larger.
