How much of a hassle to go ICEFLY?

I've been wondering about this for a long time. The plant I work in uses photogenically frozen inserts to cut parts but I'm wondering what the hassle would be to go to this system http://www.hardingeus.com/newsPrinter.asp?nid=144&printer=true

Anybody have any experience going this route?
