i will throw this up here as ive not managed to find a close match on the web and i dont have a lathe yet.

im looking for 100-200 small brass pins
they must be a clean finish see files thanks for looking:friendly_wink:

You can borrow my CNC micro lathe (http://www.mycncuk.com/forums/lathe-build-logs/4497-micro-lathe-zero-backlash*-conversion.html) if you want...just needs a belt. Your existing control box will run it.

I could do with 4 or 5 of these pins just to give me something to work with whilst waiting if anyones turning any brass cheers

Thanks jcb and sorry for the late reply,a chaps kindly made 4 or 5 for us to be getting on with,
i will see how these fair and may just have the bulk of them made in stainless,if i get stuck i will give you a shout,thanks alot for the offer.;)

I am still after these in BRASS, MM, if anyone can help.i did shelve the job for a bit and lost half of the half dozen a lad made for me.
ive also revised the drawing a little..
a 100 would be nice but I will take what ever you can be bothered to do if that's too many ,thanks.
