Has anyone tried the DesignSpark 3D software from RS?

Download from here (https://uk.rs-email.com/pub/cc?_ri_=X0Gzc2X%3DWQpglLjHJlTQGs6rChtX1E6d5qFAyqzf gHuzapMt6fzgC6buJ8FnfAudnVXtpKX%3DSRRSUDAUT&_ei_=EqJt5Fg7niplONmjy6TagiwRcGFiSVgvN6m64VqS_Ahxq morKQPnnfoH4VTiekG1zCF3wBo0bnhoB7-bYvU_E3VkmP57uBsdf9NpmouF1OUDoUxElikjhvLlXBlf15oO7 kdia3kUMy4k_kiOaj1OcPaggErOTFMa1VfM)

Looks like SketchUp on steroids!

It seems to have something to do with Spaceclaim, have not installed yet but is it a free lunch ?

I had a quick outing with it.

Seemed to be a free but very basic lunch - I would simply try it out it should only take a few minutes dabbling around with the menu system to get a quick idea of what it can and cannot do.

My reference point is Solidworks and this is very very basic on that level but if all you want is simple modelling
then it may very well be fine.
