So ive been running the machine quite hard. And producing lots of little bits for fathers day and birthdays etc.

This is one i did for my lovely partner. People have been asking how much i would charge them to do one but i have no idea on what to charge.

What you all think its not finished just yet as i need to do a frame and laqcuer it.

i would guess you need to price the cost of material used
and amount of time taken to produce it.

Will look great finished .ive been meaning to do one of the old dog while he has some teeth left

I imagine theres a market for stuff like this if your prepared to put yourself about.maternity wards schools etc.

Well here it is before stain and varnishing all in its about 12 hours ish of machining. it might be able to be done quicker but i'm still nto sure about feeds and speeds etc still learning as always

The wood im getting for free at the moment lumps of around 200 by 200+ by 30 -40 mm

i must admit , it does look like.
is that time including designing it in software program.

At the moment I get wood for free from my brother and the time doesn't include the design which tbh I don't know I've gotten quite good at the process of design so it's taking less time

I'm using aspire 4.5 although I have artcam 8 and alphacam too
