Hello,
I am trying to find a surfacing bit and t-slot bit (though I think the T-slot bit can be used for surfacing). I've been looking one amazon and aliexpress but can't find anything. And spoil board surface cutters are like $150 minimum on other sites. Does anyone know of a site here in Europe that is reasonably priced for these types of bits ?
ll the best,
G.

If you can wait for delivery the Chinese 'bottom cleaning' 30mm bits are about £4 including postage.

Whoops, too late I ordered them in the UK :) But I got the 25mm one. Don't mind waiting twice the time for the board to be surfaced, instead of paying 44 pounds. I'll buy the 50mm from AliExpress :D Thanks Boyan and cropwell ! How about t-slot cutters ? Can't find them on AliExpress... ?

So what happened? Did somebody try the cheap ones from ebay. Are they any good?
Just bougth 1/2 shaft 2" bottom cleaning bit for 10 euro , shipping included. Decided to go for 1 only to see how it works. I see now sb selling 70mm one. But i think for 3kw spindle like mine, 50mm is the limit.

I bought a Chinese 22m bottomer for £2.08 and a 30mm one for £3.43 + £1.00 postage. Both did the job and are good for making MDF dust and this inspired me to make a dust shoe. The brush is attached to the base by magnets, to allow easy removal for tool changes. I have yet to test it as I have already surfaced the bed.

Sorry for the late feedback ! I bought these:
http://www.aliexpress.com/item/2pcs-6mm-32mm-CNC-carbide-end-mill-tool-3D-woodworking-insert-router-bit-Tungsten-Cleaning-bottom/32361021324.html
The quality looks awesome, but haven't tried them yet. I have been busy upgrading the machine with braces and making supports for the home switches with my 3D printer. I'll be posting pics very soon :)
