Neat (and free) Illustrator Plug-In

Despite totally loving the program, I've always been a bit disappointed with the lack of one or two features - no ability to accurately place tangent circles being a particular bug-bear. This plug-in addresses that particular shortcoming and adds a few extra features to boot:

It's FOC, you need to jump through a few hoops to get it and the installer download is quite hefty as it includes trials of all of their other plug-ins as well - no big deal, you can choose not to install them.

Anyway, it's helped me out and maybe it can do the same for you.
