Help - old laser tile cutting machine to plasma

All new to this Cnc thing I have a small metal fabricating business and have just acquired an old laser tile cutting machine that I want to convert to a plasma table here are some photos any thoughts Attachment 21066Attachment 21067Attachment 21068Attachment 21069 I have tried to connect Mach 3 via pc there seems to be some communication but no movement. Any help would be very much appreciated
