new to cnc in Stamford UK

Hello all
I'm John and live just outside of Stamford in Lincolnshire
I'm new to the cnc scene and have bought a Chinese 3040t, have Mach3 and Sheetcam installed. Les at Sheet cam has been amazing.
I'm pretty good with AutoCAD as i use it a lot for work and am using this to draw my parts up.
I'm really enjoying it and working my way through the little niggles i'm having with the x,y and z axis...i think it is a velocity thing on the motor tuning.
i'll be making small motorcycle parts such as thumb brakes and various brackets.....i love my race bikes :smilet-digitalpoint

i'd like to upgrade my spindle motor and shall be placing a wanted ad on here to see if there is anyone with anythinhg they'd like to sell.
