Hi everyone!
I'm a new member here, looking for some advice how can I get into metal working Cnc role
I have 8 years experience in programming/operating various Cnc machine centre/ Cnc mill but in the wood industry.
I used to learn G-code programming on metal working Fanuc turning machine in the college but unfortunately never had opportunity to work with metals. :confusion:I have good knowledge of various CadCam software.
Currently studying 3D cad design ( Solidworks ) in York College to increase my chance to get a job in metal working industry.
Is anyone have some experience to move from wood to metal?
I would appreciate any advice!
