Hello Very New and Need Help.

Hi Guys New to this forum and very new to the world of CNC. Last september I purchased a Sign business which came complete with a 10x5 CNC machine. No idea who made it but been using it for simple things as making sign trays and cutting letters.

I use Mach3 (say use I simple press load G code and start)

I need some help quickly and am happy to pay if need be.. Today I was simply cutting a sheet of iBond and the machine got jammed by a screw on the track I stopped the job and pressed Ref All Home but the machine wants to carry on past the end of the track and makes a terrible noise.

Can any one help?
