I have had a friend look a my old blown up vfd and he has tracked the problems down to two components I believe however one has know markings on it and he has asked me if I can try and track down what it is.
The part is in the picture bellow with the arrow pointing too it, it is a standard 2.2kw china vfd
If anyone can offer any help with what and were I may be able to find one it would be great to get it fixed up and to use it as a spare.

It could be the 5v regulator for the logic and control functions of the VFD?
Regulator would be my first thought, but why would you have a cutaway on the PCB for a low voltage part?
Cut-out is like an anti-flashover feature, which you normally put on high voltage parts, which makes me wonder if it's some kind of switching regulator that takes high voltage and drops it to low voltage.
Any idea what voltage is going to the mystery component?

That wirewound resistor nearby looks like it's been pretty hot.
